What People Ask an AI Astrologer at 2 a.m.
The questions people really bring to an AI astrologer, from Supastro's public Manifest: 1 in 5 asks when they will marry, 72% want a prediction, and 2 a.m. is one of the quiet hours.

People don't ask an AI astrologer who they are. They ask when. On the Supastro Manifest, our public read-back of every question asked of the Oracle, our AI astrologer, 1 in 5 askers asks "When will I get married?", 55% ask about love or marriage, and 46.6% ask some form of "when". And 2 a.m. is one of the quiet hours, with 1.9% of questions; the peak is 6 pm.
Where do these numbers come from?
From the Manifest, and only from it. Production data, read once and read-only, test accounts removed. Only shares leave the database: no names, emails, birth details, question text or headcounts. If a figure could point to a person or reveal how many of you there are, it stays in the database. Topics, feelings, wants, hours and weekdays count each person once, so one heavy user cannot tilt them. The question wording is ours; no real question is quoted.
What do people ask an AI astrologer most?
"When will I get married?" One in five people who ask the Oracle anything ask it. These are the ten questions the most people ask, ranked by how many different people ask each one.
| Rank | The question | How many askers ask it | Who asks it more |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | When will I get married? | 1 in 5 | 58% women |
| 2 | When will my career finally break through? | 1 in 6 | 69% men |
| 3 | Will I ever be rich? | 1 in 7 | 78% men |
| 4 | Who will I marry, and what will they be like? | 1 in 8 | 68% men |
| 5 | Who am I, really? What is my purpose? | 1 in 10 | 65% men |
| 6 | When will I have children? | 1 in 12 | 59% men |
| 7 | What will my current dasha do to me? | 1 in 14 | 53% men |
| 8 | Is my health going to be okay? | 1 in 15 | 71% men |
| 9 | Will I settle abroad? | 1 in 17 | 67% men |
| 10 | Will I clear my exam? | 1 in 19 | 82% men |
Read the lean against the base: members are 60% men, so a lean near 60% men is the crowd. "When will I get married?" is the only question in the ten that leans women, at 58%. "Will I clear my exam?" leans hardest the other way, at 82% men.
Now look at the verbs. Only one of the ten asks who you are. The other nine ask about events, and three open with "when". If yours is question one, start with the Vedic framework for marriage timing.
Do people really ask an astrologer at 2 a.m.?
Some do. Most don't. At 2 a.m., 1.9% of questions arrive. The busiest hour is 6 pm with 9.6%, then 7 pm with 8.7%. The late spike is 11 pm, at 7.3%; after that the night thins out, down to 0.7% at 4 am and 5 am. These hours are India time, for askers born in India, each person counted once.
So the picture of a sleepless crowd typing at 2 a.m. is wrong for most askers. But two questions do run late. "Who will I marry, and what will they be like?" and "Will I settle abroad?" are the ones where 1 in 3 is asked after 10 pm. Neither is a "when" question. Both ask who and where. If you are the one awake with a racing mind, read the 3 a.m. mind and the Moon.
The week has a rhythm too. Tuesday, Mangalavar, the day of Mars, is the busiest day at 19% of each person's questions. Sunday is the quietest at 7%.
Which part of life do people ask about most?
Love, by a distance: 55% of askers ask about love or marriage at least once, against 36% for work. 42% ask about two or more parts of life.

File every question into the house of the chart that answers it, and one house swallows the rest. The 7th takes 48.7% of all questions, and Parashara gives the spouse to that house (Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, BPHS 11.8). The next two are far behind: the 10th, the house of profession (BPHS 11.11), at 9.4%, and the 5th, the house of children (BPHS 11.6), at 9.2%. Nearly half of everything people ask an astrologer lives in one house out of twelve. Here is what the 7th house actually governs.
The splits are sharper than the totals. Men ask about money twice as often as women, 28% against 13%. 51% of 25 to 29-year-olds ask about career, more than any other age. Love peaks between 30 and 34 at 63%, and after 45 it falls to 33%, while career and money climb to 42% each. Find your own row:
| Who you are | Love and marriage | Career and work | Money and property | Self, purpose and karma | Abroad and moving |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Everyone | 55% | 36% | 22% | 23% | 10% |
| Women | 53% | 33% | 13% | 21% | 7% |
| Men | 56% | 36% | 28% | 24% | 11% |
| Aged 18 to 24 | 59% | 26% | 18% | 25% | 4% |
| Aged 25 to 29 | 60% | 51% | 20% | 16% | 9% |
| Aged 30 to 34 | 63% | 22% | 15% | 19% | 7% |
| Aged 35 to 44 | 49% | 37% | 23% | 31% | 14% |
| Aged 45 and over | 33% | 42% | 42% | 21% | 21% |
Each cell is the share of that group who asked about that area at least once.
Do people want comfort or a verdict?
A verdict. When the tone model inside the Oracle reads what each person wants back, 72% want a prediction, 19% an explanation, 7% advice, 2% reassurance and 1% validation.
That 2% is not because people arrive calm. 30.6% write with hope and exactly 30.6% write with anxiety, loneliness, heartbreak or worse; anxiety alone is 17.5%.
That number decides how an AI astrologer should talk. One that opens with comfort is answering a question 2% of people asked. So the Oracle drafts the verdict first, then the proof from your chart, then plain English.
What did the numbers change inside Supastro?
Two of the Manifest's closing principles matter most to me, and I hold Supastro to both.
- Read love with more than one factor. One guna score (the 36-point matching total) is not an answer. The read takes the 7th house, the Navamsa (the D9 chart, which Parashara uses for the spouse, BPHS 7.1 to 8) and the Upapada (the marriage point, BPHS 30.1 to 6) together.
- Check before speaking. Before an answer is shown, a second system compares its claims with your chart, and 2 in 5 first drafts get sent back for a rewrite.
How it works shows the whole pipeline.
Who is asking?
Gen Z, mostly. 59% of members were born after 1996, 31% are Millennials, 8% Gen X and 1% Boomers. 60% are men. 94% read their own chart first.
Their charts carry a story of their own. 1 in 5 members is in Sade Sati right now (20.9%), by the Manifest's count, which takes Saturn's current transit through Pisces, so every Moon in Aquarius, Pisces or Aries is under it. Rahu Mahadasha, the major period ruled by Rahu, is the most common period members are running, at 22.4%, ahead of Venus and Jupiter.

No. It publishes only shares; no names, emails, birth details, question text or headcounts leave the database. Every example question on the page is written by us.
How do I see where I fit among other members?
Open the Manifest and use "Find yourself in it". Pick your Moon sign, rising sign (Lagna), nakshatra (birth star) or running Mahadasha, and it shows the share of members who share it. If you don't know them, Your Chart computes them free.
How do I ask my own question?
Ask the Oracle against your full computed chart. Or ask one question through Prashna Kundli, a chart cast for the second you ask, where birth details are optional.
