Now you answer when. A confirmed promise still needs a time, and that is the job of the Vimshottari dasha, the planetary-period system seeded by your Moon's nakshatra. A promise sits dormant until its planet's period arrives to release it.

This is why two people with the same promise live it out in different decades. The dasha, read at its major, sub and sub-sub levels, is what turns a static chart into a timeline.

4. Attach a dated window rather than a vague someday.

## Where it sits in the sequence

Timing comes near the end because you can only time promises you have already confirmed. Timing an unconfirmed promise is how readings predict events that never come.
